Emissions Analytics Off-Highway and Power Generation

Emissions Analytics Off-Highway and Power Generation
Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel, 31 West Ohio Street, Indianapolis, IN, 46204, USA20-21 May 2026Energy agnostic off-highway decarbonisation
Focusing on energy-agnostic decarbonisation for heavy duty applications, we are excited to be exhibition sponsors and exhibitors at Emissions Analytics Off-Highway and Power Generation Conference USA on 20-21 May 2026.
This third annual conference will highlight innovations that are rethinking, refuelling and re-powering the internal combustion engine, alongside innovative battery and fuel cell technologies that are electrifying off-highway machinery.
Our experts will be available at the Realis Simulation booth to showcase the vital role of simulation software in delivering these solutions.
Emissions reduction and decarbonisation of mining, construction, agriculture and forestry are complicated challenges, not least due to the wide variety of machines and the considerable power required to perform the work society relies upon. No single technology is likely to be the solution for all uses and, therefore, we must explore a mix of technologies to power tomorrow’s machines.
Off-highway machinery is at a pivotal moment. Diesel remains the backbone of our industry, whilst alternatives are advancing rapidly. Electrification, hybrid solutions, hydrogen, biofuels and e-fuels all offer promise - but also come with questions of cost, practicality and lifecycle impact. At the same time, more rigorous real-world testing and fuel analysis are providing clearer evidence of what works, highlighting both opportunities and challenges.
Every application, whether that be in agriculture, construction, or mining, brings unique demands. Duty cycles are unpredictable, environments are harsh, and reliability is critical. This makes the transition to cleaner power not a single-track race, but a broad search for solutions that balance performance with sustainability.
Until recently, power generation has been the forgotten hero. Whether as backup or providing stable power, power generators are the drummer in the band that keep us on-time and the music playing. The exponential increase in power demands for AI and the demand to electrify endless aspects of our world make power generation, both business and life critical.
The technology exists to deliver the power. The challenge is now, how to deliver reliable power that is sustainable for the environment and viable for business.
Agenda
This will be two days of great discussion. Key themes will include, but not limited to:
- Regulatory outlook
- Innovations in Combustion Engine (new ICE)
- Electrification (battery and hybrid)
- Hydrogen ICE and Fuel cell
- Renewable fuels (HVO, Biodiesel, eFuel, Biomethane, Ammonia)
- Powertrain
- Engineering developments (testing/ simulation)
- Role of AI (Artificial Intelligence)
- Operator perspectives
Please join us at the event and see how simulation software is playing a crucial role in delivering energy-agnostic decarbonisation.
