Realis Simulation announced as the new name for Ricardo Software
Further to the communication in August 2022, we are pleased to announce Realis Simulation as the new name for Ricardo Software following the purchase from Ricardo plc by FOG Software Group, a division of Constellation Software Inc. based in Toronto, Canada.
This applies to Ricardo Software only; all other parts of Ricardo plc remain unchanged.
All the trusted Ricardo Software products remain in the portfolio and will be rebranded as Realis over the coming weeks and all of Ricardo Software’s technology experts have now transferred to Realis Simulation to continue delivering simulation software to the world’s leading transport manufacturers and suppliers for propulsion and transmission design. With industry trusted, class leading products such as VECTIS, WAVE and WAVE-RT as well as emerging tools including IGNITE, focused on the design and modelling of complete systems such as battery electric and alternative fuel vehicles, Realis Simulation is poised to support customers today and through the transition from internal combustion to carbon neutral transportation.
